Full payment required at time of booking. Bookings cannot be held without payment.

Before 27th —
Complete Interview Preparation

Fully refundable if no Bond interview offer is received. Completed sessions deducted at standard rates. No refund if an interview invitation is received.

Before 27th —
Individual 1-on-1 Sessions

80% refundable if no interview invitation is received. No refund once an invitation is received.

From 27th Onwards

No refunds. No change-of-mind cancellations. Rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance forfeit the session.
